About the role

As the Bar Manager at our development in Central London, you will be responsible for:

• Creating a luxury lifestyle atmosphere with an air of exclusivity
• Instilling a welcoming environment where residents can live their best life
• Delivering exemplary experiences to all residents and their guests
• Overseeing the success and profitability of the beverage operation
• Recruiting, training, and managing staff in line with the Zasbi Way
• Handling staff complaints, disciplinaries, appraisals, schedules, and payroll
• Managing inventory, orders, and deliveries in line with agreed budgets
• Coordinating shift schedules, events, and menus so everything is up-to-date
• Ensuring all legal requirements and health & safety standards are consistently met
