The Rising Sun is our newest opening, nestled in the heart of Reading town centre, it exudes a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and enjoying good company and excellent food. This Grade II listed, 16th century Inn is expected to to open in June following an extensive refurbishment. The site will benefit from 75 Bar, 100 Restaurants and 130 enclosed Garden covers.

• Assist the General Manager and able to demonstrate leadership skills
• Be a real team player who thrives on motivation and empowering your team
• Will have experience in running busy operations and overseeing large teams
• Ability to maintain high standards across all areas of the business

Heartwood Collection currently has 20 pubs and 14 Brasserie Blancs. We aim to grow to 61 sites by 2027 and include pubs with rooms. This could add up to 500 bedrooms to The Collection in the next 4 years.
