Job Description

Are you ready to captain the kitchen team? Hotel Football is in search of a culinary maestro to lead the charge as our Café Football's Head Chef. As the Head Chef, you'll be at the helm of all kitchen operations, from crafting winning menus to rallying the team for game day service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update seasonal menus that reflect our commitment to quality ingredients and innovative flavours.
• Lead and motivate the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
• Supervise food preparation and ensure all dishes meet our standards of presentation and taste.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock of ingredients.
• Implement and enforce proper hygiene and safety procedures in the kitchen.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving efficiency and profitability.
• Stay updated on industry trends and culinary techniques to continuously enhance our menu offerings.
