Totalfit require an experienced and qualified Health and Fitness Manager who can demonstrate a flair and passion for the fitness industry with dynamic leadership skills to drive their 5* facility forward. As an excellent motivator and people person you will be flexible and have the ability to work and think outside the box. Group fitness qualifications and experience will be advantageous although not essential. The main responsibilities of this role are:

• All aspects of Managing the Leisure Facility
• Staff Training/NOP/SOP/EAP/PSOP's
• Monitor Procedures and Standards
• Managing the Wet areas
• Customer Care & Admin Duties

The qualities that we are looking for in a candidate are:

Professional customer handling skills and a smart appearance – we provide a very high level of service and courtesy to our clients and you will need to be able act in a professional and polite manner at all times – even if you are under pressure.

The ability to work as a productive team member, but also to be self motivated. .

Candidates must be able to provide

• At least 1 years minimum management experience
• Professional fitness qualifications L2 upwards
• The ability to teach fitness classes 
• Personal liability insurance
• Current first aid certificate
• Pool responder not essential but preferred
