Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf & Spa are looking for a full time Pastry Chef De Partie to join our Pastry Team devoted to turning moments into memories for our guests.

Exceptional service and cuisine are hallmarks of the Luton Hoo Hotels & Resorts dining experience. As a Pastry Chef De Partie, the care you devote to all aspects of food preparation within the kitchen team will result in the creation of truly spectacular dishes.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including early and late shifts.
Weekend and bank holiday working is required - 40 hours per week 5 days out of 7.

What we are looking for:

• Enthusiasm, dedication and a genuine passion for food
• Experience in a similar role ideally within a Hotel environment
• City & Guilds 706/1or NVQ equivalent
• A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
• Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure
• A passion for high quality guest service with attention to details and ability to multitask
