Talent Acquisition Manager - Grantley, Ripon

Key Responsibilities

• Overall accountability for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and extending job offers
• Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure all candidates are being processed in a timely manner using the system to its full capability
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners i.e job boards and agencies to support talent acquisition efforts
• Developing and implementing talent strategies to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice
• Analysing recruitment metric trends to optimise recruitment efforts
• Working closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
• Create a strong talent pipeline working closely with the Learning & Development Manager
• Manage local education relationships i.e supporting schools, colleges and universities in the local area as well as the attendance of external events such as career fairs
• Responsibility for managing the Talent Acquisition Budget
• Create and manage the Agency PSL
• Train and support hiring managers with recruitment processes

Key Skills, Qualities & Experience

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, or recruitment within a fast paced environment preferably hospitality
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision making
• Creative thinking and problem solving skills
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) would be advantageous.
