Staffing Coordinator - Bank, London
Casual contract, £15.00 (inc Holiday pay £12.07%), Travel card, Lunch Inc)
Based at Head office Up to 40 hours a week (occasional weekend on call)
Responsible for assisting sustained growth of the Client Support Team (CST) by efficient management of the work force and efficiently managing resources to ensure profitability. Supporting the Staffing managers with developing CST/Sites relationships to deliver solutions and quality service in line with business objectives and Lexington standards.
Job Description
Core Duties:
- Responsible for assisting with all scheduling and deployment of staff using online booking platform. E.g.Rotacloud.
- Ensure the right calibre and quantity of staff are booked for each site in line with their requests.
- Always maintain clear channel of communication between sites and
- CST to ensure expectations of site management team are managed at every step. This includes use of agencies.
- Work with the recruitment team to ensure staffing levels are kept inline with business levels. Support with conducting interviews and the whole recruiting process.
- Responsible for securing confirmation of attendance of CST staff/agency from site management team. Ensuring recharges are accurate at all times.
- Actively encourage staff feedback from sites and follow up with appropriate actions.
- Support the Staffing managers with resolving any customer complaints/ staffing issues on daily basis.
- Full understanding of online booking platform, updating the system as when required and sending casual hours/overtimes/absences to HR/Payroll Administrator.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures of the company are adhered to.
- Carry out any other reasonable requests of the Support Team management.
- Covering staffing manager absences
Working Pattern: Up to 40 hours a week (occasional weekend on call)
Skills and Experience
- Preferable previous staffing experience (stadium staffing, recruitment agencies etc..)
Computer literate, excel - People management- Liaising with team members on a daily basis via phone call, text message and email
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Time management
- Flexible working hours, (between the hours 7:00am- 6:00pm)
