Personal Travel Advisor - Solihull, West Midlands

- Job Type: Part Time - 22.5 hours per week (3 days per week in-store)
- Shifts: Monday to Sunday - 09:00 to 20:00
- Location: Solihull

As a Personal Holiday Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering world-class customer service and ensuring flawless experiences for our valued customers. You will have the opportunity to work with an ambitious and proven team, competing in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is strictly enforced.
Day to day
- Assisting customers with their personal holiday bookings and providing expert advice
- Managing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Collaborating with other team members to determine the best solutions for customers
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
About you
We're looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, and a natural conversation starter with passion and enthusiasm to work within travel and tourism. We'd also love to see the following:
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong commitment to achieving targets
- Dedicated to building a repeat customer base
- Creative and adaptable to overcome challenges in a constantly evolving environment - no two days are ever the same
- Self-motivated and driven taking pride in your work
- Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating various software applications
- Flexible and able to work varied shifts in line with customer demand. This will include evenings and weekends
