Our wild food offering is unique in the UK – as land managers we control wild deer herds on private estates and process the venison in our own FSA regulated larder.

The Elder is the brainchild of Mike Robinson, one of Britain’s leading authorities on wild food and game. His infectious personality and passion for sustainable wild food has converted more than one vegetarian. Mike is Co-Owner of The Harwood Arms in Fulham, London’s only Michelin Starred pub, also specialising in game and wild food and Owner of Robinson Wild Foods, specialist supplier of the best venison to 15 of London’s finest restaurants.

The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and talented Bartender to join our team. Working alongside the Bar Manager you’ll be responsible for delivering the highest standard of beverages to all our customers, in order to ensure guest satisfaction. You will complete the preparation and service of the bar in keeping with the specifications set to keep our service consistent.

Creating unique and memorable quest experiences is your number one priority. Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner, you’ll ensure their drink is served smoothly and efficiently. Responsible for ensuring the beverage facilities are always well presented, you’ll always be focussed on exceptional customer experience.

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous Bartender experience is not mandatory although it is desirable, as long as you have the right attitude the skills can be taught. We’re looking for someone who is naturally passionate about creating a great hospitality environment that delivers top -tier customer service. Ideally, you’ll be confident, outgoing and naturally engaging. You’ll also have an eye for detail and find achieving great customer service highly motivating. You’ll need to be flexible and committed due to the nature of this busy environment, working hours frequently will include weekends and late finishes.
