Rail Gourmet UK is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as Customer Service Assistant for TransPennine Express (TPE) at York Station. 

Hours: Full Time Permanent (40 hours/week) 
Shifts: Varied between 6 AM to 10 PM, including some weekends.

Pay Rate: £ 12 per hour.

AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT YOU’LL:

 

• Operating platform trucks for train-side deliveries (Full training provided).
• Loading/offloading catering equipment/stock from TPE trains.
• Order assembly and stock control.
• Comply with Health & Safety/Food Hygiene Regulations.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT:

 

• Due to some responsibilities within the Customer Service Assistant role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
• The role involves manual loading and unloading of items, requiring physical capability and stamina.
