At Greggs, we understand the importance of a clean and inviting environment. That's why we're looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Cleaner, with additional responsibilities for general maintenance.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our premises.  Your tasks will include performing cleaning duties on a regular schedule, ensuring that dining areas, kitchens, and restroom facilities are kept clean and sanitised, properly managing waste disposal and emptying bins as needed.  You’ll also perform routine gardening / maintenance tasks to enhance the overall look of the property.  In the Summer months this will include sweeping leaves, and in the Winter months it may include gritting in the car park. 

Some cleaning experience always comes in handy, although it is not essential, as we will support you with great training!

The ideal candidate pays attention to detail, takes a proactive approach to tasks and is flexible with their schedule (including early mornings and weekends).
