You must be legally authorised to work in Ireland. We are not currently able to offer visa sponsorship or assistance.As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers. You will be responsible for creating beautifully crafted drinks for our customers.Here's an idea of what your shift patterns will be: Variable shiftsKey Responsibilities:
- Prepare perfectly blended drinks and serve high-quality food that delights our customers
- Ensure the work and service areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
- Receive and process payments
- Be an enthusiastic team player
- Maintain & restock clean crockery
- Ensure brewing equipment is operating properly & safely, and report any maintenance needs
- To comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- To comply with Health & Safety regulations
- Minimum 6 months experience as Barista
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, client & staff
- Ability to work with a team, and on your own initiative
- Flexible approach to the role
- 'Can do' positive attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Experience in Customer service and/or in a similar environment would be an advantage, but not necessary
