Electrician - BirminghamUp to 16.15 per hour (DOE)40 hours per week, 5 over 7 rota basis. Match days, evenings and weekends will be required to meet business needs.
We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our team at Warwickshire County Cricket Club in Edgbaston. You will assist in the servicing of Electrical systems onsite and aid in the effective delivery of match day planned and reactive services.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:Assist and liaise with specialist contractors.Provide hands-on planned preventative maintenance to the electrical systems.Schedule and prioritise work tasks to ensure that all planned maintenance works are carried out on time.Guarantee a speedy response to onsite emergencies that require maintenance staff attendance.Aid in the delivery of special projects.Provide hands-on reactive maintenance assistance as directed.Make certain client assets are sustained, maintained and protectedKnow when to seek advice from others and how and where to find useful information.Plans workload, prioritising tasks effectively.Takes responsibility for producing work to the agreed standard and targets within the agreed timetable.Work to maintain and improve effective working relationships with Client.Offer advice and assistance and is open to new ideas.Involvement in projects outside usual scope of responsibilities, with line manager's agreement.About You:City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent Qualified Electrician essentialPeriodic Inspection and Testing and 18th Edition desirableExperience in electrical and mechanical work in a building services environment5 Years experience post apprenticeship in a building services environment.Working knowledge of A/C systems.Working knowledge of Building Management Systems.Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems - Desirable.Experience with HV switching, A.H.U's and H.R.U's will be beneficial.Customer Service Focus both Internal and External.Flexible to working hours to include match days and eventsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Must be a self motivated individual with a can-do attitudeMust have initiative with flexible analytical and problem solving skillsAbout Us:We ensure you're rewarded for all your hard work, which is why we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes but is not limited to:28 days holiday inc. bank holidaysFree Gym on site at AnstyFinancial wellbeing programme and preferred rates on salary finance productsAviva Digicare - Free annual healthcare check Medicash - Discounted health cash plan providing cash back on a range of medical treatments including Dental, Optical and Consultant appointments for you and your family.
