WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Long-term experience behind the bar (but not limited to) in a high end venue in a similar role or as head bartender in a high volume venue Knowledge of regulations related to alcohol service Passion and knowledge of non-alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails, spirits, wines and beers; of their history and twists Awareness of market trends, ability to contribute to new and existing drink lists alongside bar manager Passionate about staff training and development, eagerness to maintain the highest standards Experience with stock control and ordering
