Our amazing entertainment shows onboard P&O Cruises don’t just happen, we have an incredible team of individuals working hard behind the scenes to provide impressive shows day in, day out. We are looking to attract the very best Assistant Manager Production – Stage Automation to help lead their team to deliver the West End to the Sea.
In this fantastic role at P&O Cruises you will have the opportunity to deliver all the technical aspects of Stage Automaton operation across a variety of venues which will wow our guests! You will be assisting with all production show set builds, attending all show rehearsals and band calls and prompting performers and cue stage technicians, as well as supporting and leading the Stage Manager and Crew.

If you answered yes… then this is the job you have been looking for! You will need to have experience/knowledge of:
- Relevant industry qualification in Stage Automation – or comprehensive and detailed professional work experience across live festivals, concerts or theatre productions
- Operating, maintaining and repairing stage automation systems
- Basic and operational set-up knowledge of other audiovisual (lighting / sound) technical equipment
- Good Health & Safety knowledge/experience within Production and experience working with Risk Assessments
- Previous experience supervising others
