ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and pro-active Event Manager to join the Events Team at Daylesford Organic, Gloucestershire.

This role coincides with the exciting launch of a dedicated, x200 capacity event space at Daylesford Farm and the growth of our Hospitality business.

Reporting to the Director of Events, the Event Manager will be responsible for the management and execution of private and public events, in addition to the creation, planning and delivery of a varied and exciting annual content calendar.

The role requires a high level of personal organisation and attention to detail, and the ability to quickly gain the confidence and respect of both the client and the team. You will work well under pressure to ensure the smooth and efficient operational running of each event, whilst also ensuring that this is backed up by accurate planning and administration in all areas.

A self-starter with integrity and the drive to succeed are essential qualities with experience in the hospitality sector essential. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in event management, client management and content programming.

SKILLS YOU WILL BRING

As our Event Manager, you'll have luxury events experience including client management and event content programming. You'll be a confident leader with exceptional management and customer relations skills.

You'll have experience in budget management and be comfortable reporting and presenting to senior leaders.
