About the role  

As the full-time Welcome Host at our flagship residential development in Nine Elms, you will be responsible for:  

• Providing exceptional service to residents, addressing their needs efficiently. 
• Managing bookings and reservations for exclusive facilities. 
• Ensuring security and safety for all occupants. 
• Coordinating amenities and collaborating with other teams for seamless operations. 
• Delivering top-notch customer service and maintaining a polished appearance. 
• Communicating effectively and maintaining cleanliness standards. 
• Reporting any issues promptly and maintaining confidentiality. 
• Taking action in emergencies and adhering to schedules. 
• Being flexible and accommodating to meet residents' needs. 
• Facilitating smooth booking processes and encouraging residents to enjoy our amenities responsibly. 

About you
