THE GRIFFIN BELLE has an excellent reputation with the local community in Vauxhall. We are a vibrant pub with screens for sport, outside dining areas & 14 amazing boutique hotel rooms currently running at 90% occupancy.

We are looking for an experienced GENERAL MANAGER to manage the day to day pub & Hotel operations.

Our ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following attributes and skills:

• Passionate about great service with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Enjoys training the team in company standards and initiatives
• Great eye for detail specifically cleanliness
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Skilled in organising, planning & executing marketing & promotional activities
• Previous experience in pubs and/or small hotels
