As our new head chef you will:

• have a background working in large hotels
• Manage and organise the kitchen
• Bring flair and creativeness into the kitchen
• Plan and organise menus to the highest standards
• Manage, train and develop the team
• Ensure the kitchen is run adhering to all health and hygiene standards
• Oversee and develop stock delivery and control procedures
