The Victoria Inn is a scenic pub, complete with comfy rooms, that's set in the heart of Salcombe, a stone's throw from the banks of Kingsbridge Estuary.
You'll be working in one South Devon's most beautiful coastal destinations, rightly designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The pub itself is popular among locals and tourists alike, who are drawn to a characterful interior adorned with cosy nooks and roaring log fire, while a suntrap beer garden awaits outside.
Are you a versatile Assistant Head Chef with experience of working in a fast-paced environment? Join our talented kitchen team and you'll be working alongside passionate people, with locally sourced produce, to provide high quality food that delights our guests. As Assistant Head Chef, you will support your Head Chef in leading our talented kitchen team while ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met. You will utilise the flexibility enabled by our menu writing processes, to help adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and our guests.
