Our Salt Yard restaurants are on the hunt for an exception and creative talent who has a flare and passion for Spanish / Italian tapas cuisine to join our Ember Yard site in Soho.
What's it all about?
Ember Yard holds 2 rosettes and specialises in dishes inspired by the fantastic wood-fired grills of Spain and Italy. Head Chef Adam Kulikowski creates exceptional small and large sharing plates. No fuss. No fanfare. Just flavour.
We transfer all these experiences to the streets of London whilst adding in a generous splash of warm hospitality.
You Are:
- An enthusiastic, dynamic and qualified Sous Chef who is ready for a new challenge.
- Able to demonstrate your experience of working with fresh ingredients and seasonal menus.
- Able to demonstrate experience of working in a professional kitchen showing a clear understanding of Health and Safety.
- Able to show a proven track record of managing the kitchen and controlling stock and GP.
- Someone with a background of dealing with high volume as well as quality
- Able to show technical skill and attention to detail
- Able to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Confident in your communication skills and ability to lead and motivate their teams.
