Location: Pinterest, Dawson St, Dublin

Rate of pay: € 13.00 per hour

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Key responsibilities

• Washing up, cleaning and clearing both the kitchen and service area
• Maintaining a supply of clean ware/cooking ware & kitchen utensils at all times
• To receive deliveries and ensure deliveries are organised and stored once in the kitchen
• To segregate and remove waste to appropriate waste disposal area
• To ensure all kitchen machinery is maintained and cleaned daily.
• Once kitchen is closed, to ensure all areas are clean and organised for next days’ service
• Providing basic food preparation support for the chef on duty
• Ensuring minimum kitchen wastage
• Complying with all the company food hygiene procedures and policies
