First Aider - Windsor, Berkshire

Job Type: Guaranteed Hours - Seasonal (Fixed End Date)

Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: Hours can be between 08:30am – 08:00pm (earlies and lates on a rotational basis), working any 5 days out of 7

Roles & Responsibilities

As a First Aider you are responsible for the administration of immediate assistance to anyone within the Resort who is injured or suddenly taken ill, prior to the arrival of a paramedic or relevant medical representative. Successful candidates should be proactive, excellent communicators and remain calm when faced with incidents or medical emergencies.

A key element in the role of First Aider is to remain calm in the event of a child being taken ill and interacting with their parent or guardian in a professional, supportive, and explanatory way, doing everything in your power to keep the parent or guardian calm and feeling informed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Due to the nature of this role we will only be accepting applications from those candidates over the age of 18
• Hold a full First Aid at Work qualification
• Experience within a First Aid centre, or equivalent, is desired
• Be able to clearly communicate to our guests and your colleagues
• A full UK driving licence is desirable

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort

We are looking for First Aiders to join our team at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. Our Resort is home to over 55 rides, live shows and attractions and is known the world over as being the ultimate LEGO® theme park experience for families with children aged 2-12 in the UK! Set in 150 acres of parkland, LEGOLAND is home to not only the iconic theme park, but also offers two incredible LEGO themed Hotels plus the brand new Woodland Village opening in 2024! This role is based at the Windsor Resort site – which is pretty awesome if you ask us!
