An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager to join an enthusiastic and friendly team within Furzefield Leisure Centre. Directly assisting and reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for driving all membership revenue and achieving monthly / yearly financial targets.

Responsibilities will include:

• To exceed performance in terms of all membership sales through effective lead generation, promotions, marketing and customer care within the Centre.
• To drive revenue across the business, review and implement site promotions across the business to ensure monthly/yearly financial targets are exceeded.
• To be responsible for the Sales team, acquisition membership and retention.
• To manage the front-of-house team, ensuring a high standard of customers service and satisfaction
• To be a key member of the Centres management team and to support other department managers as and when required.

What we are looking for:

• A self-driven, highly motivated individual
• The ability to work seamlessly with other department Managers, ensuring high standards of service throughout the business.
• Knowledge and experience of the health & fitness/leisure environment.
• The ability to work shifts and weekends.
