The Peninsula London is seeking to hire a creative and dynamic People & Culture Assistant Manager to assist design and lead the colleague's engagement calendar, the onboarding and offboarding experience along with supporting the colleagues' daily enquiries to position The Peninsula London as an employer of choice.

Key accountabilities
- Assist the People & Culture Manager in handling all facets of People & Culture which includes compensation & benefits, engagement programmes, communication, and recognition initiatives.
- Produce people related data and reporting for strategic planning and action where required.
- Design, deliver and communicate policies and processes that improve the working and volunteering experience of our employees.
General requirements
- Previous experience in HR ideally in the hospitality industry but other industries will be considered
- Strong people person with natural ability to engage with stakeholders
- Brings creativity to work, highly adaptable, naturally positive with a fun attitude
- Fluent English communication proficiency
- Excellent analytical, organisation and prioritisation skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Words, Excel, PowerPoint
