Box Office Sales Advisor
ATG Entertainment is proud to stand at the forefront of the live entertainment industry.
Our expertise and capabilities enable producers and other creatives to bring their visions to life and create unforgettable performances for audiences, presented in our landmark venues and delivered with exceptional hospitality. It is the passion of our teams, that cover every discipline across the live entertainment industry, that underpins our continuing strategic growth and success.
The Harold Pinter Theatre opened in 1881 as the Royal Comedy Theatre and staged hugely successful shows, such as The Rocky Horror Show's West End debut. Our name changed in 2011 to The Harold Pinter Theatre in honour of Pinter's work for the Comedy Theatre. The range of works presented at the Pinter has been far-reaching; plays, melodrama, comedy, revivals, musicals, experimental theatre, Hindu Dance, and Shakespeare. The theatre has played host to countless well-known faces; Judi Dench, Alan Bennett, Damian Lewis, Ian McKellen, and Vanessa Redgrave, to name just a few of the thousands of actors who have graced our stage.
As a Box Office Sales Advisor you'll deliver the highest standard of customer service in order to maximise sales, productivity and occupancy of the venue. You'll interact with all customers, agents, producers, company members and colleagues with a cheerful and helpful demeanour, treating all customers as VIPs, conveying enthusiasm for our show, tickets and packages. In a typical day you'll process customer and trade bookings with utmost accuracy using the in-house Ticketing System, Audience View. The ideal candidate will be passionate and ambitious, with a true desire to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Previous experience in using Audience View or experience of working in a Box Office is desirable but not essential. We're looking for someone proactive and with a positive attitude to delivering great customer service, who can convey enthusiasm for The Lion King and the theatre to everyone visiting our venue. Please take a look at our job description download for further details of the role and responsibilities. We actively encourage applications from people from the widest possible range of backgrounds, including those who are currently underrepresented in this industry.

Where we receive more applications than we are reasonably able to interview for any given role, we will retain applications for the next available interview opportunity wherever possible.
If you'd like to discuss accessibility prior to applying, please review our job description where you will see a contact e mail address to request a confidential discussion.
