About the Job
As an Assistant General Manager at Lampton Leisure, you will be responsible for assisting with the day to day running of the Isleworth leisure centre that boasts 3 Swimming Pools, Health Suite, 2 Studios, 8 Court Sports Hall, a Café and a Gym, always ensuring the customer is at the forefront of every decision made.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with our customers and potential customers
- Line management responsibilities for all staff, including recruitment, induction, training, appraisals, development, and performance management
- Support the leadership team to achieve financial targets and KPIs and with preparation of annual service plans, financial plans, and statistics
- Review dry side programming; developing and improving as required
- Review marketing materials to ensure it is effective and up to date
- Deliver high quality service and standards within the centre
- Ensure all safe systems at work are adhered to and general building maintenance and repairs are completed to a high standard.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for health and wellbeing and the ability to influence and motivate staff. Previous management experience is essential, with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of meeting financial targets and leading a successful team. Employment will be subject to an enhanced DBS check & reference checks
