Estelle Manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

We are looking for full and part time Senior Massage Therapists who are excited and passionate about holistic therapies. 

Reporting to the Wellness Manager, you will ensure a luxurious guest experience by sharing your passion and knowledge for spa treatments with all our therapists through training and mentoring, as well as delivering personalised and exceptional guest treatments. We’re seeking therapists who are constantly looking to develop their knowledge whilst developing others, who are caring and ready to explore new avenues to create an exceptional spa journey for our Eynsham Baths’ guests and members.

On target potential earnings inclusive of commission is projected between £48,000-£50,000 per annum for this role. This is made up of a base rate of £15.58 per hour, plus inclusion in our spa therapist commission scheme.

• Passionate about wellness.

• Someone who excels in performing massages or body treatments as well as performing facials.
• Open to learning new techniques and treatments to develop skills and knowledge.
• An ability to work and provide treatments (with suitable breaks between them) for up to 8 hours daily
• Someone who thrives working within a team environment, interacting with guests and the ability to pick up verbal and non-verbal cues.
