What Will You Be Doing?
You will be part of a small and dedicated team of individuals ready to respond to the guests needs arising on a day to day basis, and a proactive resourceful solution seeker.
Below are some of the duties and responsibilities of the People & Culture Assistant at The Chelsea Townhouse:
Administration
- To take ownership and ensure the HR systems are constantly maintained with updated information
- To update staffing lists when required
- To arrange and assist in maintaining company training requirements through FLOW
- To manage and action post daily including the monthly birthday cards
- To take pride in assisting with training events and training courses
- To ensure that all uniforms are ordered and supplied correctly to new employees and the correct process is completed for the return of uniform, locker key and watch for all leaver
Self-Management
- To maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
- To think and act in a goal-orientated manner, prioritising and completing tasks in order of importance
- To show teamwork and flexibility and deliver a team working approach with superiors, peers and cross functionally
- To create close working relationships across all areas of the business and relevant business partners
- To demonstrate strong communication skills, being able to communicate effectively with all levels of management team
- To display a confident and professional style at all times
