Our Leicester Casino have an exciting new opportunity for an experience Venue Experience Manager to support the General Manager and venue management team in the delivery of an efficient operation that excites and entertains our customers.

As our Venue Experience Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Reception & facilities management
  • People process support to include; communications, engagement, recruitment, onboarding, induction and training.
  • Coordinating responses to all customer feedback including from Qualtrics, google reviews and any other review platforms and using the information to develop appropriate action plans to improve customer experience. 
  • Marketing responsibility for execution of local promotion and social media plan.
  • Creating a highly engaged team by driving completion of the periodic employee opinion surveys, review results, share with teams, develop action plans and monitor progress.
  • Coordination of team forums. 
  • Being, or to support, the culture champion in the venue. 
  • Ensuring compliance to our standards e.g. uniform, customer service, respect for colleagues #LI-GB1 #LI-Onsite

Qualifications

Outside of being a current PML License holder with experience in UK Gaming, you will be able to demonstrate previous success in dealing with customers in a multifunctional complex service business.

As you'll be managing a team; you'll need strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop, paired with extremely high attention to detail and ability to demonstrate best in class customer service.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays will be required.
